Our client is a new set up manufacturing company located in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
To be responsible for the compliance and enforcement of the Group’s Policies, Rules & Regulations and Company’s standard operating policies.
Lead the finance and accounting operations in compliance with accounting, taxation standards and corporate governance.
- coordinate with bankers, auditors, tax agencies, company secretaries, and relevant financial / government institutions for all financial and statutory matters.
- ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings., including GST, SST and corporate income tax, while staying up-to-date with changing tax regulations.
- Collaborate with with relevant departments to prepare and monitor budgets, as well as provide insights for future financial planning.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement to optimize financial performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
8-10 years experience in related industry.
Hands on experience of Malaysia accounting standards and tax regulations.
