Job Responsibilities
Check transaction of sales / cost and correct in the same month if there is any incorrect posting.
Check company tender support calculation and if need to correct, confirm with related party and submit to finance.
Check BT package and submit to company both Stand-alone and consolidated.
Prepare Stravis report (actual sales and cost by BU).
Prepare basic comment on actual result and YTD for management meeting slide.
Sales and GP analysis compared with budget and past result
Highlight point and issue of actual result in 3-in-1 review meeting with team member
Prepare past data by BU and by country to calculate revenue and GP of company stand-alone, such as option attachment ratio, average of Office and PP NH GP% and Office and PP seasonality data
Collect information for price and launch schedule from product manager
Compile investment information from each country
Prepare consolidated summary file included comparison between last year result and guideline
Prepare Pre-unit plan working file and submission file
Update actual result and prepare slide
Prepare subsidy summary for submission and follow up issuance of CN to send to finance
Improve workflow to make more work efficient
Ad-hoc task assigned by manager
Job Requirements :
Proficient in Mandarin and English to liaise with managers or stakeholders from Malaysia or China.
Has relevant working experience in corporate and strategic planning.
Having experience and knowledge in advanced Microsoft Excel/ PowerBI will be an advantage.
Must have own transportation and be willing to travel to the office location in Petaling Jaya
