ABOUT THE JOB
Responsible for HR Generalist tasks and ensure smooth HR operations, reporting to GM. Willing to work at Kapar, Klang. Working 5 days/week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Coordinate in recruitment activities.
Handling employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary actions in accordance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement and morale.
Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees and managers.
Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Supporting career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
Maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
Managing HR records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Handling payroll processing and related tax filings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess Diploma in Human Resources Management.
At least 3 years of working experience in HR field.
Able to work independently.
