Job Responsibilities:-
Comprehensive HR Management: Oversee all HR functions including policy development, recruitment, compensation, training, performance management, employee engagement, and expatriate management.
HR Strategy Development: Align HR strategies with business goals to enhance organizational performance.
Policy and Procedure Compliance: Regularly review and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with current practices.
Talent and Performance Management: Develop retention and succession plans, manage performance evaluations, and ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
Employee Engagement and IT Management: Drive employee engagement initiatives, handle complex HR issues, and manage non-industrial IT systems such as payroll and attendance.
Job Requirements:-
Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
Has over 15 years of relevant experience in large MNCs, including 5 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing industry
Possesses solid knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations, with experience in organizational development and corporate initiatives, and maintains high ethical standards and confidentiality.
