JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Responsible managing investee companies, reviewing potential investment opportunities, and conducting thorough analyses of various sectors and companies.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, including financial modeling, to ensure that all investments meet the required return criteria.
Support the team in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, managing the existing portfolio, and handling reporting activities.
Prepare investment proposals, detailed reports for the Investment Committee, and presentation materials.
Assist in maintaining and nurturing close relationships with portfolio companies, ecosystem partners, and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or any related fields
3 to 5 years of related working experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity, corporate finance, strategic consulting, professional financial firm (including advisory/ deal team in the Big Four)
