A One Stop IT infrastructure support provider for companies in Malaysia mainly in-house PC installation, repair, support, network, server, Microsoft 365, and IT security. As our client is growing and are looking to hire an IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER to be based in Kuala Lumpur
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the design, construction, maintenance, and operation of IT infrastructure during the expansion or office relocation of Japanese companies in Malaysia.
- Work with the latest IT infrastructure technologies through close collaboration with suppliers, vendors, and customers in Asia, Europe, and America in a global environment.
PC Setup and Support
- Set up PCs, including email, printers, and shared folders.
- Handle migrations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support.
- Install internet and phone lines, LAN wiring, phone systems, web conferencing, CCTV, and door access systems.
- Design and build networks for smooth operation.
- Manage firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
- Set up and maintain Microsoft 365.
- Manage user accounts and access.
- Configure Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Over 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure operation.
- Experience in operating Microsoft 365.
- Experience in network operation.
