A global Japanese logistics group is looking to hire talent as a skilled Functional Consultant to support their clients in the full lifecycle implementation of MS D365 Finance and Operations. This role involves consulting, configuration, training, and installation, as well as providing exceptional post-go-live support to ensure client satisfaction and will be completely remote
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a Financial Functional Consultant for assigned projects.
- Advise clients on the optimal use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and configure solutions to bridge gaps between standard product features and the client’s business processes.
- Assist with the full implementation process, including planning, configuration, and training.
- Provide post-go-live support to address any issues and ensure smooth operation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- Strong ability to understand, communicate, and interpret client business processes and requirements.
- Prior experience consulting with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and system design.
- Expertise in configuring financial modules such as General Ledger, Cash & Bank, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Management Reporter.
- Experience with additional modules like Expense Management, Intercompany, Project Accounting, and Supply Chain is a plus.
- Knowledge of Localization Requirements and Financial Policies and Procedures is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Willingness to serve European hours between 2.30pm to 12am.
