Personal Assistant
A rapidly growing MNC in Kulim is looking for Personal Assistant to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to provide administrative and organizational support to an executive or manager, managing schedules, communications, and various tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Main responsibilities of the Personal Assistant role
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prioritize and arrange meetings, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and reports.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and manage travel expenses.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for meetings.
- Organize and coordinate conference calls or virtual meetings.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
- Order and manage office supplies as needed.
Key requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
