Personal Assistant
A rapidly growing MNC in Kulim is looking for Personal Assistant to be part of their team. You will be a key part of helping the business to provide administrative and organizational support to an executive or manager, managing schedules, communications, and various tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.



Main responsibilities of the Personal Assistant role  

  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prioritize and arrange meetings, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and reports.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and manage travel expenses.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for meetings.
  • Organize and coordinate conference calls or virtual meetings.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
  • Order and manage office supplies as needed.

 

 
Key requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
