Personal Assistant to CEO
Homegrown manufacturing company in Penang with global footprints in China, US, Singapore, Netherlands and Czech Republic is looking for candidate that is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist CEO in daily appointments and meetings.
- Take minutes and prepare documents required
- Email correspondences
- Handle & filter incoming & outgoing calls for CEO
- Handle coordination activities within group of companies.
- Handle & coordinate flights, hotel, transport for CEO & staff when needed
Job Requirements
- Good time management and have high sense of urgency
- Careful in handling private and confidential information
- Detail-oriented and have good coordination skills
- Experience in related field has added advantage
- Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin (to communicate with stakeholders from different background)
