A key player in precision manufacturing specializes in high-tech components for industries such as semiconductor, electronics, and renewable energy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Main responsibilities of the Personal Assistant to Managing Director role:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Serve as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Fluency in Mandarin, with the ability to translate confidential documents from counterpart.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a corporate environment or with senior executives.
