Job Descriptions
- Developing and implementing operational strategies and policies
- Setting and monitoring KPI and operational metrics
- Analyzing and optimizing production processes and workflows
- Managing and resolving operational issues and risks
- Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating employees
- Ensuring compliance with EHS standards and regulations
- Implementing and maintaining QMS and re/certifications,
- Negotiating and managing contracts and agreements with vendors and customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or relevant fields
- At least 10 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in a leadership role
- Sound knowledge of equipment, technologies, production planning, inventory management, supply chain management, quality management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team
