Job Description:
- Supervise and lead daily engineering department activities, ensuring efficient operations and process improvements.
- Report engineering-related KPIs and other management-assigned KPIs weekly and monthly to the departmental Head of Department (HOD) and corporate.
- Support Manufacturing Engineers with documentation preparation, process document improvement, and technical support for mass production.
- Manage machine setup, troubleshooting, and buy-off documentation, including customer and internal documents, before mass production.
- Develop and prepare process flow charts, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), General Standards, and study product process balance cycle time.
- Identify and develop technical standards for the production process, train production personnel on skill improvement, and handle new projects, transfers, and FAI activities.
- Support production improvement activities, such as increasing productivity, reducing quality failures, and managing preventive maintenance for facilities and machinery. Handle other duties as requested by superiors, including amending incorrect documentation and verifying machine test parameters.
Job Requirements:
- Applicants must possess at least a degree in Electrical & Electronic/Mechanical/ Mechatronics field of qualification.
- Relevant working experience in the Manufacturing Industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Google, MS Office, and AutoCAD is mandatory.
