JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in identifying areas for process improvements, resolving operation bottlenecks as well as implementing cost optimization.
To develop and improve processes’ standard operating procedures to enhance productivity and workflows.
To perform cost & performance analysis and strategize relevant Continuous Improvement Programs based on the findings.
To establish monitoring systems to track process performances as well as facilitate improvement plans.
In charge of documentation and report presentation related to Process Improvements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.
Have at least 5 years of experience in Process Improvement roles in Manufacturing industry.
Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other related methodologies.
