JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Oversee production operations and ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently and on budget.
Develop and implement policies and standards to increase manufacturing team output and quality of work.
Responsible for production output and yield achievement.
Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment, processes technology related to efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities.
Plan production schedule to meet customer delivery schedule.
Manpower capacity planning and improve production performance.
Supervising the work of production team and organize relevant training sessions to continuously upgrade the team.
Initializing corrective and / preventive actions arising from customer complaint and product non-conformance.
Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
Analyze production and QC to detect and correct problems.
Estimate production costs and implement cost control strategies.
Maintain Quality System of ISO9001 and other audit requirements.
Enforce the implementation of 5S and safety at the workplace.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in any Science or Engineering discipline with at least 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing environment.
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Strong decision-making skills and results-driven approach.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
