Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and stimulate safety and housekeeping awareness of staff through training, motivation, discipline and celebration
  • Monitor the daily/weekly aspects of the production lines performance through KPI setting and follow up on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Service and Cost
  • Continuous follow-up and communication with other production - and supporting Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, etc. departments
  • Create the right structure and systems to deliver excellence. Finds ways to work more efficient and make the best of the teams available time.
  • Monitor and lead changes, sponsor action plans, initiate capex;
  • Ensure shop floor resource planning is adequate in correlation with production workload versus planning
  • Oversees the analysis and review of budgets, schedules, production requirements and headcount to determine the most cost effective and efficient methods of obtaining the goal.
  • Ensure the department’s procedure and working instruction are up to date and compliance with ISO 9001 requirement
  • Consistently assess and recommend the best method for process improvement
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field
  • Min of 5 - 7 years’ production-related experience in managerial role.
  • Adaptable, safety-conscious
  • Good communication and leadership skills including coaching, motivating and right people management approach
  • Knowledgeable in department budgeting processes
