JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments
- Overseeing the entire production process, from planning to completion.
- Ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Managing production schedules and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
- Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing management is required.
- Possess knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Possess knowledge of process improvement techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standard
- Possess knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices
