A leading property management and consultancy company which has received numerous awards as the leading real estate services provider in this region. As part of their growth plans in Asia, they are looking for a experienced Property Manager to be located in Sarawak.
The company is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers Malaysia.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing various types of property, from a single residential unit to a property portfolio containing various types of property, and ensuring that all services provided, such as building management, maintenance management, financial management, tenancy management, and health, safety, and emergency management services, meet the client's needs and requirements.
- Directly responsible for the planning, implementation, supervision, and management of all building policies and procedures.
- Create annual budgets and predictions for strata corporations, then implement building maintenance policies within budgetary limits.
- Prepare weekly/monthly management reports that include an update on the financial status, property condition, and administrative information.
- Monitor and collaborate closely with service providers to guarantee optimal functioning at all times
- Coordinate with necessary authorities and government agencies on permits, insurance, licenses, and other requirements for operations, property upkeep, security, and safety.
- Ensure business operations and processes follow company rules and risk management guidelines.
- Develop positive relationships with clients, tenants, management committee, residents, and owners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Registered Property Manager with BOVAEP with the VEPM License
- Degree in Real Estate Management / Marketing / Business Studies.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Property Manager or similar roles within the property management industry.
