Job Descriptions
- Overseeing the quality assurance and control processes within the manufacturing environment
- Ensuring that all products and processes meet industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Lead a team of inspectors and technicians, develop and implement quality control procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and defect reduction.
- Manage the calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment
- Work closely with customers to understand their quality requirements and address any quality concerns
- Coordinate and lead customer audits and visits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality control within metal fabrication or a related manufacturing environment.
- At least 2-3 years in a supervisory/management role.
- ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma certification, or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs)
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
