Our client is a Japanese group of companies whom developing 3 businesses of Industrial Materials, Devices and Medical Technologies, and other businesses. Currently the Malaysia subsidiary located in Bangi, Selangor is looking for a Quality Support Engineer.
Our client is a Japanese group of companies whom developing 3 businesses of Industrial Materials, Devices and Medical Technologies, and other businesses. Currently the Malaysia subsidiary located in Bangi, Selangor is looking for a Quality Support Engineer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide on-site quality support at customer site to clarify the quality issue.
- Summarizes customer reject during on-site checking by analysing the result and report to Japan HQ site.
- Segregate the customer reject part if caused by customer or incoming material issue.
- Notify Japan sales team to provide Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if related to material issue.
- Coordinating sample shipment and follow up between customer, supplier and Japan HQ for failure analysis (FA) purpose.
- Provide the FA analysis report to customer and respond to customer enquiries.
- Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) report and present in the monthly meeting.
- Maintain good relationships with customer and ensuring customers’ satisfaction by visiting customer and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Assist in monitoring quality issue of supplier by visiting and verifying the improvement items.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least Degree Engineering or any related fields.
- At least has minimum 2 years experienced in Product Quality.
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing process and project management are added advantage.
- Must be fluent in English and able to speak Japanese and Mandarin are added advantages.
- Highly motivate person, excel in communication and presentation skill.
