JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the project final account of the project,
- Facilitating the settlement of contractual claims and conducting a comprehensive financial evaluation of the project
- To prepare claims for variation order works
- To execute the process of extracting quantities and measurements from designs and to create a bill of quantities for VO works.
- To verify subcontractor claims
- Establish costing, pricing, and analysis for materials, labour, machines, direct and indirect costs, profit margin, and price for BQ items.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS)
- At least 3 Years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Construction Industry
- Accomplished and expert in project Statement of Final Account
- Able to work independently
