Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market visits to analyze and grasp evolving market trends and changing point-of-sale dynamics within the designated area.
- Manage distributors by overseeing order processing, sales activities, campaign effectiveness, and stock control.
- Participate in comprehensive sales initiatives, sales strategy formulation, and campaign execution.
- Evaluate the sales expansion potential of distributors while ensuring they meet monthly and yearly targets.
- Monitor, plan, and replenish distributor stock to maintain ample market supply.
- Track, prepare, and present reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales support, production, technical, and other relevant divisions or departments.
- Perform ongoing market research to identify sales opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
