A key player in the coatings industry is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee all of the sales process and develop sales opportunities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify customer needs, provide proposals and quotation
Provide technical supports, solutions and advice to customers
Develop customer relationship and continuously looking for business opportunities
Monitor overall sales activities including forecast, collection, report
Preparation of timely reports
Monitor customer's forecast and plan for stock replenish accordingly
Keep abreast of the market competitor's activities and industries trends to develop and implement a high growth strategy
Regional sales including Malaysia and Singapore
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences/ Chemical/ Engineering or related
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, similar industry experience is preferred, e.g. painting, coating, manufacturing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Travelling required, domestic and oversea
