One of the leading global manufacturers of heat exchangers is looking for a Sales Engineer to develop the customer portfolio and be technical sales representatives for food and beverage industries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all incoming and outgoing contacts for customers, prospects, partners
Design appropriate type of equipment and size technical solutions as close as possible to customer needs
Prepare and establish technical-commercial offers for the supply, replacement or upgrade of complete products (including competing devices) and distribute them in agreement with the traveling technical sales representative in charge of the sale
Provide technical expertise in the event of a problem encountered by a customer
Maintain our CRM system and apply the sales process
Prepare tables on-board (sales forecasts, sales made, not concluded, etc.)
Develop technical knowledge on company's equipment and markets
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of related experience with strong technical knowledge
Can communicate intensively with service engineers, support department and customers
Able to identify and understand customer needs
Willing to travel locally and overseas
