One of the well-established pharmaceutical companies offering a wide variety of OTC and health supplement products is seeking for a Sales Manager to spearhead the passionate sales team. This position is a home-based role in Melaka or Johor.
Your role involves:
- Ensure sales achievement targets by executing sales and marketing promotional plans.
- Monitor the team performance and provide feedback on each individual results.
- Focus to maintain and expand the customer base.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of territory management, including budgeting, forecasting, and call planning.
- Understand the competitive landscape and working with Marketing for strategies to effectively compete.
- Managing and coaching a team of medical sales representatives to ensure achievement of company’s objectives.
- Working with Marketing to conduct roleplaying and training sessions for current employees and new hires.
- Reporting and updating to executive management on the performance of the sales team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Science, Business Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading sales team, within pharmaceutical companies. Preferably with experience in covering nutraceuticals or health supplement products.
- Strong problem solving, decision-making and leadership skills.
- Good business analytic and communication skills.
- Good sales performance management knowledge and coaching skills.
