Senior Manager (Marketing)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A start up online platform providing  loans and other financial services to Small to Medium sized business (SMEs) in Malaysia to assist with their business expansion and growth plans are looking for a young and dynamic Senior Manager (Marketing) to be based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur with hybrid working arrangements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the company's marketing strategy to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue, while overseeing all marketing operations, including digital and physical marketing, branding, PR, and market research.
• Plan and implement the product marketing strategy for market launch.
• Define key value propositions and establish product positioning.
• Drive sales marketing efforts to secure new partnerships and expand units.
• Plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, and ground marketing
• Developing, executing, and monitoring marketing programs across various channels and communications.
• Take the lead in developing promotional and all marketing strategies.
• Lead digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaign
• Act as Company's liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity in order to maintain the prestigious image of the company
• Disseminates corporate press releases to appropriate local trade and consumer media
• Analyzing sales data and market performance to inform strategic decisions and improve marketing efforts.
• Manage corporate communications and public relations efforts.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role 
• Prior working experience in the financial services, fintech, or money lending industry is preferred.
