JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Customer and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders by delivering high-quality service and technical support.
Technical Support and Issue Resolution: Provide timely technical guidance, investigate and resolve complex system, hardware, and software issues, and support onsite when necessary.
Project and Risk Management: Support and manage departmental projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, and manage the risk profile by testing systems and processes.
Collaboration and Partnership: Work in partnership with colleagues across functional departments, Regional Office, Head Office, and IT departments to implement projects and ensure regular system updates.
Reporting and Compliance: Prepare reports on sales, technical issues, and business development activities, and ensure compliance with bank policies and industry regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience especially in transaction banking (trade sales and cash management). Deep understanding of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations
Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments
