Global travel agency based in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities：
- Attend requirement hearing sessions for new automation requests to make a development plan.
- Development by Blue Prism for task automation and conducting tests to confirm process and output if all requirements are met.
- Day-to-day process monitoring and troubleshooting where needed.
Requirements：
Familiar with Blue Prism and experience in RPA development
Experience in project-leading of business automation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Basic network knowledge is preferred
Good command of English (speaking & writing) – mandatory
Japanese or Chinese proficiency - preferred
*Fresh graduates with RPA knowledge are also welcomed
