Job Descriptions
- Overseeing the surface treatment processes including cleaning, polishing, anodizing, passivation, and finishing
- Managing a team of engineers and technicians, coordinating with other departments
- Continuously improving metal surface treatment operations to meet company goals and customer specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards, while also driving innovation and process optimization.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team
- Ensure that all processes are optimized for efficiency, cost effectiveness, and quality output.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the surface treatment area
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in metal surface treatment or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of metal surface treatment processes, including electroplating, anodizing, passivation, and coating techniques
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in metal surface treatment.
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and continuous improvement
methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
