JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Banca partners and internal stakeholders to identify key pain points and opportunities in product development, and devise plans to launch products and campaigns.
- Manage the process from ideation to completion, including viability assessment, determining system requirements, performing UAT, supporting distribution channels, post-product launch monitoring, and preparing reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Obtain relevant documents from Banca partners, and consult with internal stakeholders on processes and operations to ensure compliance with all policies
- Monitor and report on product performance and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Detect and address fraud, mis-selling, scams, and client dissatisfaction.
- Supervise multiple processes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- Collect, analyze, and measure process data to initiate sustainable business practices and for reporting purposes.
- Drive process improvement
- Work with the Risk Team to define, establish, and manage process controls.
- Partner with team members and key stakeholders to implement policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess minimum Bachelor degree in levant field
Possess project management skills
Experienced in Bancassurance in banking industry will be added advantage
Experienced as Product Manager/ Product Operation Manager in Insurance industry are welcome
Data driven and detail oriented
