JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To actively pursue opportunities to expand the company's clientele in the solar and renewable energy sectors through the provision of comprehensive engineering services.
- Increase sales from targeted specific clients.
- Define customer needs, provide new solutions, and provide cost-effective recommendations to surpass expectations.
- Establish clear communication between project delivery and proposal teams to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and partners by providing engineering, construction, and professional consulting services.
- Actively network with clients, business partners, and industry partners to identify market trends, needs, and potential for ROI.
- Keep abreast with industry economic data and project development, including interconnection applications, in selected locations.
- Effectively collaborate with business development and operational teams, and communicate with clients to understand their needs in a matrixed work environment.
- Collaborate with operations teams to create engineering scopes of work and negotiate pricing for opportunities and RFPs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with clients in the solar business is required.
- Have expertise in the field of solar energy development.
- Knowledgeable in drafting proposals and developing cost estimates.
- Capable of travelling anywhere in Malaysia.
