About The Client
Our Client is base in Kuala Lumpur specializing in interior design, fit-out and construction. With over two decades of experience, they work on projects ranging from SME to Class A corporate offices and commercial interiors. Their approach focuses on innovation, creating unique end-user experiences, and maximizing functional aesthetics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop new client/customer within the market area
- To promote and market the services offered to the relevant market area
- To maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of clients satisfaction
- To achieve the sales & collection target
- To prepare sales activities, sales planning and weekly sales report
- Responsible to timely response to the sales enquiry from the customer
- To provide solution/consultation to the customer or potential related to service offered
- To prepare quotations, services information and responsible for RFQ's and tender submission
- To follow up with the customer for collection of payment
A Must Have
- A minimum of 3 years experience in related market
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Interior Design/Marketing/Business Studies OR equivalent to the industry
- Experience in interior design/renovation and construction will be an advantage
- Have an experience dealing with MNC & China company will be an advantage
- Computer literate (expert in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
- Self-motivated, capable to work within strict timeline
- Excellent in communication and slides presentation
