Position Title: Clinical Sales Specialist
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct demonstrations and provide in-depth training sessions for surgical staff and healthcare professionals on the proper use and benefits of surgical devices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and healthcare administrators, to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop and implement effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide on-site support during surgical procedures to ensure the proper use of devices, troubleshoot any issues, and offer technical expertise to surgeons and operating room staff.
- Stay updated on the latest surgical device innovations and advancements, and educate customers on product features, benefits, and clinical evidence supporting their use.
Your Requirements:
- Candidates from a nursing or physiotherapy background are preferred.
- At least 2-3 years in sales and clinical support, experience in surgical settings is preferred.
- Good communication skills, result-oriented, independent, meticulous and pleasant personality.
- Willing to travel outstation.
