Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC Milling/Wirecut/EDM machines and production equipment
- Train machinist on operation and autonomous maintenance of Milling/Wirecut/EDM machines.
- Process optimization for productivity, quality and cost improvement.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the smooth execution of machining operations and meet production targets.
- Optimize CNC milling processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.
- Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency
Job Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in relevant Engineering fields
- 5 years above on related machine (Experience in EDM, Wirecut or Milling) will be an advantage.
- Experience in using machining to make electrodes.
