Job Descriptions
- Oversee daily operations, ensure production targets are met, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals across various departments
- Ensure all products and services meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain/strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Execute sustainability strategy and promote sustainable practices
- Provide regular reports to the Company Group Management Team on operational performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the production or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as finance, marketing, and operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
