[Position]
Japanese Speaking Senior Manager, Accounting
[Responsibilities]
Lead Record-to-Report migration of finance activities for APAC countries, stabilization of activities post migration and standardization of processes.
Ensure collaboration between in-country finance team and KL BSC team to achieve completion of monthly/quarterly/yearly Corp deadlines. Drive compliance of finance policies and internal controls. This includes US GAAP, SOX compliance and support of annual statutory audit and tax filings.
Ensure the execution of Record-to-Report (RTR) function
Provide technical accounting support or clarification of EW finance policies to other internal stakeholders or functions.
Identify opportunities and lead the implementation of changes to drive improvements for in-country finance teams and KL BSC
Provide coaching, people management and leadership to finance teams

[Requirements]
Bachelor's Degree in in Accounting or Finance, 10 years' experience of previous work related experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese (Japanese N1/N2 level preferred)
