Logistic Analyst
Support all inventory movements at global level; resolve import/export and transportation issues to ensure the steady flow of critically needed parts. This role reports to the Manager, Logistics, US.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with necessary parties to resolve issues concerning transportation, logistics, imports and exports.
- Arrange both domestic and international transportation between companies sites, vendors, and third party warehouse locations
- Draft commercial invoices and handle custom clearance and Logistics processes in detail on a daily basis.
- Ensure full compliance of Logistics related policies in local logistics activities.
- Perform SAP functions such as stock transport orders, parts extensions, and outbound deliveries to support goods movements.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline, with minimum five years’ experience in related role
- Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics (transportation/ distribution/ warehousing/ inventory management); and international trade/export regulations/procedures
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in multi-countries transaction, direct and reverse logistic
- Proficient in SAP
