A dynamic, well established commodities trading company operating within SEA, facilitating the procurement, transportation, and distribution of commodities to meet the needs of regional clients is looking for motivated and detail-oriented talent to join their team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare brokerage, domestic and export contracts.
- Manage various export documents including freight on board (FOB), cost net freight (CNF), cost net insured (CIF), etc.
- Prepare all necessary documents for export shipping application such as Certificates of origin, Certificate of Analysis, Packing Lists, Bills of Loading, Invoices, Export Declarations, etc.
- Coordinate with all supply chain stakeholders to ensure contract execution efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and supervision companies for shipment coordination.
- Address queries from both buyers and suppliers promptly.
- Ensure timely issuance and regular follow up of contract notices and document instructions.
- Supervise or prepare shipping documents accurately and promptly.
- Handle documentation issues with suppliers, buyers, and banks under various payment terms.
- Follow up on payments with buyers and oversee finalizations promptly.
- Proactively identify and address potential execution issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations preferred. Fresh grads with a keen interested in logistics are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
