Its manufacturing plant in Penang is equipped with diverse and specialized machines, facilities and measurement equipment for precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, painting, surface finishing and high-level assembly including cleanroom operations.
Job Descriptions
Ability to lead by example a team of machining engineers and technicians
Drive and coordinate activities for Process Validation in Large Format machining
Understand production demand, monitor production status, and assign job to respective machine.
Achieve machine utilization and ensure machine in tip top running condition
Ensure manufacturing process is capable and meeting quality requirement.
Process optimization by improving fixture, NC programs and cutting tool.
Workout costing on new enquiry.
Develop road map on new staff training specifically for Large Format machining.
Maintain 5S in production floor
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
A minimum of eight years’ experience in Precision Engineering field, with minimum of five years’ experience in CNC machining environment.
Diploma holder with 15 years’ experience in managing a machining section is acceptable
Proficient in the use of CAD Modelling software such as SolidWorks
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
