Our client is a leading Japanese supplier of ignition products, which are used in a wide range of vehicle and motorcycles. They are now looking for a suitable candidate for OEM Sales role to manage client relationship and sales within the OEM sector. This job primarily involves engaging with clients (OEM makers/ customers) to present products, maintain documentation, manage projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Present company products and services to OEM makers/ customers in Malaysia
- Working hands-on with customers by maintaining regular and close contact with them acquiring existing and new products.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to manage expectations and deliverables
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues and provide updates on project status
- Ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with local regulations including safety and efficacy standards
- Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts tailored to the automotive sectors
- Maintain accurate records of client contract, production schedules and sales data
- Coordinate the sales and activation process and act as a customer advocate to assure customer satisfaction
- Maintain communication with people at all levels internally with customers/ partners, ensuring the proper relationship with business partners
Requirements:
- A Diploma/ Degree in a field e.g: Automotive, Engineering, Business Administration) is preferred.
- Preferably at least 1-2 years of experience OEM automotive industries. Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel such as Data Entry, Formatting, basic formula and etc
- Willing to travel outstation for business visitation
- May require working on weekends if needed
- Fluent languages especially English, Bahasa and Chinese
