Job Responsibilities
- Leading and managing chemical laboratory operation in meeting overall company goals targeted towards customer satisfaction.
- Develops programs / techniques to evaluate new material for quality and cost improvement.
- Develops analysis method for new chemicals.
- Overseeing and responsible for continuous improvement programs to improve productivity and product quality.
- Optimize chemical parameter and analytics method.
- Manage chemical inventory and chemical store.
- Responsible for precious metal usage, reclaim and top-up.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance for entire process lab equipment.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry Science
- Min 2 Years experience in Manufacturing Industry, preferably in Plating environment
