A multinational real estate company located in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a skilled and experience candidate in project site engineering for large-scale retail, commercial, and shopping malls. The successful candidate will play a key role in project management and coordination, budget & schedule management, site inspection, and site coordination meeting.
This role requires the employee to manage and oversee site projects across three states (Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Pulau Pinang), with the possibility of extending to additional states depending on the projects secured.
Job Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating projects, in helping the project manager with construction projects from start to finish. Oversee daily tasks and coordinate with teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Managing budget & schedules, by supporting the project manager in monitoring budget, timelines and resources.
Managing documentation and organize meetings schedules, handling daily paperwork for construction activities, coordinating with consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
Inspecting site on a regular basis and attend site meetings.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or project development, and those with exposure to large-scale retail, commercial, or mixed-use developments will be an added advantage.
This role requires liaising with consultants, contractors, and suppliers predominantly from Chinese companies; therefore, proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
