Its manufacturing plant in Penang is equipped with diverse and specialized machines, facilities and measurement equipment for precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, painting, surface finishing and high-level assembly including cleanroom operations.
Job Descriptions
Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards and regulations (ISO 9001, 13485, 14001).
To manage customer and staff in external audits and customer quality events, acknowledge and follow up on all non-compliance raised.
To plan, coordinate and conduct periodical internal quality audit to assess compliance with ISO standard requirement and continually improve the effectiveness.
To coordinate and prepare the Management Review Meeting and monitoring KPI across all departments.
Coordinate and review the implementation of Document Control.
To perform BOM list upload into SAP system.
Job Requirements
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science or with any relevant background.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Quality Management System field at manufacturing environment.
Experience with QMS certified operations including internal and external audit. Certified Internal Auditor.
Preferably with a strong knowledge of ISO9001, 13485, 14001.
Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, lean manufacturing or six sigma methodology, 8D principle for CA & PA, QC 7 tools.
Capable to independently lead ISO or customer audit.
