JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Drive quality management strategic to deliver customer requirements and maintaining company’s quality competitiveness.
- Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential.
- Co-ordinate interaction between the Quality Department and all other manufacturing and support functions.
- Monitor and evaluate the level of involvement and success of the Quality Engineering activities and their impact on the continuous improvement of process yields and efficiencies.
- Manage Quality Management System, Certifications and operational function such as IQC, IPQC and OQA.
- Coordinate Audit matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5 - 7 years in manufacturing environment.
- Meticulous, analytical, and organized person
