We are seeking for an experienced and motivated Quality Manager to join our dynamic team to be responsible for our site Quality team management and coaching. This role will be responsible for guiding and monitoring on business process implementation within the company.
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for Supplier quality audit, qualification and management, achieve mutual benefits with supplier
- Responsible on QC on new project development to ensure customer requirement fulfilled.
- Responsible for IQC, process and product quality assure and improvement.
- Ensure customer complaint is handled on time and follow up with the action status.
- Responsible for the quality metric statistic and analysis, and expedite with relevant depts.
- Provide training to employee on quality awareness and tools
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major at mechanical preferred.
- Required skill(s): Minitab, 8D report writing.
- Knowledge in QC core tools, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF16949 Quality Management system, PPAP, FAI, CPK, MSA, FMEA and control plan is essential.
- Able to comprehend and interpret part drawings and technical instructions.
