JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To monitor overall product quality from raw material, production processes to finished product.
To oversee quality supervisors and inspectors to ensure good quality products as per customer requirement.
To handle customer complaint investigations and propose relevant corrective actions.
To execute and ensure the proper implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) as well as recommending appropriate Continuous Quality Improvement strategies from time to time.
To participate in customers’ audits as well as third party certification audits (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL etc.).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent.
Have at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control roles in Food Manufacturing industry.
Knowledgeable in Food Quality Standards and Quality Management System.
