Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, coach and lead a team of sales and clinical specialist to drive the business in Malaysia and Brunei.
- Acquisition of new customers and support for our long-standing customer base.
- Project responsibility from initial contact to demonstrating our devices to the patient to order completion.
- Coordination of all sales activities in the sales territory.
- Active participation in conferences and workshops.
- Close collaboration with our marketing and product management teams.
Requirements:
- At least degree or equivalent experience.
- Sales experience in capital equipment and/or medical field, specifically in neurosurgery. Preferably with regional exposure.
- A constant willingness and desire to travel frequently.
- Demonstrated success as a top-tier representative in previous sales roles.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy, and medical terminology is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
