A financial shared service company specializing in manufacturing is seeking for a talent with 1 to 3 years of experience in shared service Fixed Assets Record to Report (RTR/R2R). This role requires an individual capable of analyzing fixed assets monthly reconciliation, fixed assets month end journal entries, and the monthly general accounting tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Fixed Assets Management: Oversee the recording, tracking, and management of the company’s fixed assets, ensuring accurate and timely updates to the fixed asset register.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports related to fixed assets, including depreciation schedules, asset valuations, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of shared service R2R/RTR/Fixed Assets experience required.
Preferred experience in fixed assets accounting, forecasting, planning, or fixed assets analysis.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX.
