Our client is an international shipping and forwarding company with branch office in Johor Bahru.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, Direct and Manage operations for imports/exports as the main point of contact
Assist Global Manager to expand business, monitor and achieve Account P&L target
Responsible to develop strong customer ocean freight pipelines and achieving the assigned sales targets
Plan, organize, and control the day to day operation and ensure all service level agreements are fulfilled
Ensure shipment requirements are met and jobs are completed within the prescribed KPI limits
Responsible for reconciliation, review, and approval of carrier charges and other supplier invoices relating to documentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in Business studies or its equivalent.
Hands on experience in ocean freights.
Able to work independently.
