COMPANY OVERVIEW 

A leading multinational company is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage and enhance employee engagement initiatives and expatriate management processes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and effectively managing expatriate staff to support the company’s global operations.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
    • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and identify areas for improvement.
    • Organize and manage employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
    • Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Expatriate Management:
    • Oversee the expatriate management process, including relocation, onboarding, and repatriation.
    • Ensure compliance with immigration laws, work permits, and visa requirements.
    • Provide support and resources to expatriates and their families to facilitate smooth transitions.
    • Develop and maintain expatriate policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
    • Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related queries and issues.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
    • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or supervisor.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement and expatriate management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, and expatriate management.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in IT and computer skills.
  • Ability to start work immediately is preferred.
